Leader of this work package is the Project Coordinator (Elsag Datamat). ED act as the contact point of the project for the Commission. WP1 defines the routines for the internal project management and overall coordination of activities, financial- and technical- planning and control. Furthermore, it ensures that the overall project contractual requirements are met in accordance with the time schedule and budget.
