Thiw WP will design and develop the monitoring layer, that collects all the incoming information (received from both local node management software products and external nodes connected via the financial infrastructure), integrate, correlate and merge them in a unique view of the framework. Event correlation and merging shall be dynamically configured in order to be compliant with evolving financial providers requirements .

To design and develop the management layer, in charge of deciding what activities have to be implemented in order to react to current threats and to minimize local node risks. The policies to be implemented shall be dynamically reconfigured according to specific service provider needs. This component is in charge of identifying current status of the infrastructure and to react, in terms of:

Notifying local node any incurred or future threat, according to node-defined policy.

Identify countermeasures to be implemented at financial infrastructure level.

Disseminate over the infrastructure information stemming from local node, according to node-defined policy
